This course includes the recording of all the 23 Initials of Hanyu Pinyin appearing in the textbook, Dao of Chinese. There are 23 groups of Initials recordings. Students are encouraged to repeat aloud so that they can hear their own pronunciation.
Pinyin involves Initials, Finals and Tones. Therefore Initials are a very important part of learning Chinese pronunciation. If you can’t pronounce the initials correctly, you will not able to pronounce the Chinese words correctly.
Since the recordings are logically arranged according to the traditional way of arrangement of Initials, it is possible to learn while you sleep. Your subconscious mind can listen and learn, especially during the hours before you get up. The pronunciation becomes clear as you listen lying down without distraction.
Course Instruction: 1. Repeat aloud after each lesson for seven days especially difficult initials, zcs, zhchshr. 2. Listen to the “Complete Spelling of Hanyu Pinyin” while you sleep for about a month (It might be overlapped with Chinese Spelling lessons). 3. Adjust the schedule according to your own level.
